Peter Davies the Secretary of Deal and Walmer Chamber of Trade for 12 years has left the position at the end of August to concentrate on a family care situation, work commitments and fundraising for local charities. His replacement will be Julie Kemp who has a good deal of local networking and business experience so it will be business as usual at the Chamber.

Cinque Ports FC, following their away league opening win played at home to Kings Hill Reserves, The Ports came back from 3-0 down in the first half to draw 3-3 making them proudly staying undefeated.
