October also saw the bi-monthly network meeting of the Chamber. Deal and Walmer Chamber of Trade The event was hosted by Tower Design and Print Limited at and was attended by over 20 different Deal based businesses. A definite high light of the evening was a short talk by two of the volunteers from the Christmas Lights team. Colin Mallinson and Martin Catt took to the stage to and gave a brief outline of the history of the Christmas light and how vital the year-round work of the volunteers is.
